To everyone saving for their dream kitchen, stay far away from this place as possible. I made the huge mistake to hire them. Beyond my review please look at the unresolved clients on the better business bureau site. They are ranked F. I didn’t look at that before hiring them & I regret it. They advertise 21 days guarantee or money back and it’s a totally false advertisement. It’s been over 1 year to get them to finish our kitchen after we paid them per contract agreements. And it finally got done today because I was constantly calling & emailing receiving no replies month & months on out until someone finally helped me a year later. From the start it’s been a nightmare from working with designer Jodi Zepeda messing up the entire design even after they sent people to measure. To getting the cabinets delivered 8 months later to the installer discovering the design was wrong when they came to install the cabinets. Then they leave you with an unfinished kitchen never returning to fix their mistakes. And you’re getting constantly handed over to different people each time because their employees are constantly quitting the horrible company. I had no help from their manager PJ Julian or the owner Alexander Doroshko himself. People who were helping me ghosted me & I found out they quit. I started with PJ Julian the manager then Alexander the owner, then Jodi then someone named Tamara then someone named Anna (all who never helped) than a gentleman named Michael tried his best to help me but while he was helping me he ghosted me & I found out he ended up quitting the company. Then a technician named Stephan was nice and tried to help us finish by fixing every issue with the design but he ghosted us too finding out he also quit the company as well. To finally Geno helping us finish the kitchen by sending various technicians to finish all the problems. However the biggest problem is they hire third parties company who are Ukraine don’t speak English and are very rude, disrespectful & lazy saying they don’t work for Marfa or the owners so they don’t care & do sloppy jobs or keep saying there is no way fix the items that Marfa designed. He had to sent 3-5 different installers because they all would say the same thing the design was wrong and there was no way to fix it. I warn everyone to stay away from this place & I thank ONLY GENO for keeping his word to getting our kitchen finally finished after this horrible 1 year experience.

Please reference Reddit for true customer reviews We spent a decent amount of money with Marfa expecting a premium product and service. What we got was months of stress, delays, miscommunication, and a complete lack of accountability. We were left chasing answers, correcting their mistakes out of pocket, and trying to get anyone on their team to take responsibility. Some highlights: Multiple components arrived damaged, missing, or incorrectly sized – including our custom pantry which had to be remade and delayed installation by weeks. Installers had to improvise fixes, make adjustments Marfa should have handled, and return multiple times at our cost. Parts were promised but either shipped late or not prepped as described – including Gola strips, toe kick brackets, lighting components, and hardware. We were passed around from team to team for months, with no one taking ownership. Even communication with the CEO fell through twice after he offered to speak with us. Despite the above, the only compensation we were offered was $1,500 – which doesn’t even cover the pantry alone, let alone all the added installation and repair costs we had to absorb ourselves. To make matters worse, Marfa delayed the refund even after agreeing to it, forcing us to send follow-up after follow-up just to get a basic resolution. Marfa's designs may look nice online, but behind the scenes, the experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. For the price and promises, we expected so much more—and instead we got one of the most frustrating vendor experiences of our entire renovation. I would strongly urge others to be cautious when considering Marfa Cabinets. This was easily the WORST customer service experience I've ever had with any company

The installation process for both the kitchen and bathroom was smooth and efficient, and the craftsmanship of their work is top-notch. My new cabinets have transformed my kitchen into a beautiful and functional space, and the bathroom cabinets have elevated the entire room. I can't thank Marfa Cabinets enough for their outstanding service and exceptional product quality, and Iuliana for her exceptional design expertise. I highly recommend Marfa Cabinets for both kitchen and bathroom projects. They have truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the final results. This is a genuine and honest review of our experience with Marfa Cabinets, and we hope it serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this company. We began working with Marfa Cabinets in 2024. During the design phase, we experienced a turnover of three different designers. One of them explicitly warned us about internal issues and described the company in very negative terms. At the time, we chose to ignore the comment, assuming it came from a disgruntled employee. Unfortunately, our own experience soon confirmed that the culture of the company—and especially that of its owner, Alexander Doroshko—is deeply problematic. We spent over $60,000 and were met with delays, poor workmanship, broken promises, and inadequate communication. A project that was initially estimated to take two days stretched into more than two weeks, with two different installation crews. Despite the disruption, the work was never completed properly.

To date, we are still dealing with:

Incorrect installation of all our vanities Missing LED light transformers for cabinets and vanities Missing closet rods and belt holders Cabinet damage that remains unaddressed

The owner personally assured my husband that these issues would be resolved. However, despite numerous follow-up emails, we have received no further communication or action. We've since learned we are not alone—other homeowners have reported similar issues, and we’ve been made aware of legal disputes involving the company, including lawsuits and demand letters sent to customers who used their products.
