I had a very bad experience at this location. We brought a package with a QR code provided by the merchant. Without even scanning the code, the employee confidently claimed it wasn’t a FedEx QR code and told us to go to a UPS store. After confirming that it was indeed for FedEx, we returned to the store. This time, the same employee said they couldn’t process the QR code because their system wasn’t set up with FedEx. This misinformation cost us an unnecessary trip, despite the fact that this store was listed as an authorized location in the email from the merchant. I have done lots of business with them being local and have had multiple issues with print quality and misprints.i have refrained from doing negative reviews on local businesses but this last issue was the last straw. I ordered several printed items and the same order was done incorrectly MULTIPLE times. I wasted gas, time and money having to go there THREE seperate times. When I asked for a partial refund or discount, management refused to give any refund and offered a meager and offensive 5% discount off on the next order. I laughed and he said "okay 10%". When my dad died, I researched UPS stores around Elk Grove because my sister and I wanted to ship some artwork (a painting and a framed piece with glass) to ourselves that were too large to carry back on the plane. Fortunately, I found Postal & Print Shoppe, which had the best reviews of anyone in the area. They were so friendly, the prices for custom boxing and shipping were incredibly reasonable, and 4-5 days later we got our packages, in perfect condition, across the country.
