This is the worst place I have ever shopped at. The products are of very low quality. Many time, things have broken very quickly. Today was the worst customer service I had to face ever. I went to exchange a product that was just bought few hours back. When my daughter got it out of the box, it was broken. I went back to exchange but I was told that my daughter probably broke it in transit. Rude customer service and extremely low quality products. I will never go back to this place and hope no one wastes their money in this shop too. To the management of this store- if a product breaks while taking out of the box as per you, then you should not keep such products in the store and at least have the decency to exchange default products. This is recurring at your store. You just lost a customer and I do hope no other customers waste their money...

I live pretty far away from here, so I am not able to visit this store frequently. But with every visit, I have had a great time! I love all of the kawaii themed items here! The stationary is adorable, and I love the plushies! I also love the kpop items they sell. They do play some kpop music in the store. If I had to make a suggestion to improve my visits here, I would recommend turning down the volume of the music. I enjoyed the music, but some people like myself have sensory issues. Walked into the store today to look around with a friend and after 15 mins of walking around and having $600 dollars of stuff picked up because I liked the store a young girl came up to me and asked if I had a mask I said no then she said I have to leave. I said ok and left. The funny thing is the same girl that told me that I had to leave had her mask underneath her chin when I walked in playing on her phone not paying attention of the people walking in. I am not bothered so much about trying to make me were a mask but letting me shop for almost 20 mins then tell me I need to leave. It's all good though I found the same things online...
