They can't keep agents, and the new one completely screwed us over, stole our money, and left us WITHOUT insurance.

I paid and was approved, only to later have a call that we were not approved, told not to drive anywhere, and that a partial refund would be awarded and we'd get a new, cheaper policy with the difference. So after over a month of NOT DRIVING nor new paperwork, I finally get my partial refund and they refunded 1/3 of the three months I paid for, no new policy, and claim our paperwork was returned so late (I was sick for 2 weeks, so I assume that + mail time as I was not driving) that that's the prorated pay from one month where she told me not to drive so I wasn't actually using any insurance, per her instructions.

So I ultimately paid 2 months for one month's worth of not driving, was never given paperwork for the new policy as promised, & told it was all our fault when we finally called to ask what was going on. They refused to make any of it right nor give us the new policy that...
