The office personnel are friendly and always willing to work with you in any situation. Service department. Is not so willing. The manager sees things only from the eyes of his workers which is good if you work for him but as a customer is not such a good thing. I had a conversation with the service manager which turned into a real uproar and was basically threatened in a matter that would leave me with no communication by phone or internet. I just decided to mind my P's and Q's and see what became of the situation to see if the incident I had inquired about was sweep under the rug or was actually investigated. It was not the latter of the two. I am in a place that there is only one telephone company and the same company is the only Internet service also. Everyone has been great that is with the company with just the exception of the two I have had confrontation with, I won't hold that against recommending this company that has given me great service for over 20 years. 2 bad apples don't make up what the company has to offer...
