Saturday September 16 2023 around 4pm. After a fantastic family outing to the area sights, we happened upon Spooners... WOW to say we were impressed would still fall short of the experience. The staff were happy, helpful and at the top of their game. (This I can not emphasize enough, whomever is the owner be proud they brought it. ) The burgers were the best we have had in years. Stumbled upon this gem while driving through. We met the owners and they are fantastic! I had the party melt, a real hand pattied burger was grilled to perfection. My partner had the catfish special and the breading was amazing! Loved the side of coleslaw, beans and those hush puppies!!!! Cute little place to eat! It's small and you order at the counter but the food was delicious! The Texas Jock burger was huge and tasty. Large fries were an entire basket full.
