My first and second experience with this place was great however, I booked an appointment through their app as they request and last minute they tell me I don’t have an appointment and don’t know how I was able to book one those dates should have been unavailable. The owner calls me screaming in the phone that I was rude on the phone with her daughter and why did I post what I did on Facebook not allow me to get a word in otherwise. If by saying this is unprofessional and asking for them to book me with someone else is rude then I guess I was rude. I told her she should have made customers aware their system wasn’t working. She said she did and her reason for me not knowing was I hadn’t been there in awhile. No excuse. Everyone books online, so how is a new customer to know? It’s easy to add that comment to their online booking. After she so rudely and unprofessionally hung up the phone in my face. At the beginning of her call she said she would be the better person and apologize, not a second after that she began screaming in the phone at me. Also said I will forgive but I won’t forget! Is that a threat? It amazes me how people become so angry when someone speaks the truth. Now I am flying out of town tomorrow without hair...

Oh no, do not stop 🛑, do not get your hair cut here! Talked to the girl, told her what I wanted, and she was cutting it, then just butchered it out of the blue, she tried blaming me, but I said you were going to leave the length around the face like we talked, and she offered to make the other side match what butchery she did, of course I said No, l even offered to pay, but no , went next door and the young lady there was kind enough to help me with my hair disaster! I work all over the State of Mississippi and I hadn’t had my nails dipped In forever. Brandi over at Hog heaven BBQ(btw best BBQ in laurel MS) told me to go here. I wish I could triple the stars to pick from. It’s been 4 weeks and my nails are still on. I have tried looking for someone in the towns I have worked but can not. This is the BEST place to go!!
