This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food/sandwich shop - and trust me there have been plenty of ghetto and crazy methhead operated restaurants in that span. I assume the lobby is closed at 9, the girl looked at me when I signed if it was closed, but blatantly ignored me and looked away. So I attempted drive thru. The menu touch screen didn't work through many attempts. I pushed the help button and was received by "what?". Had to argue the girl over the speaker that I didn't want a meatball sandwich if there's no mozzarella because "she already made it". Mind you she was cutting off every time without finishing the full order. I didn't get to tell them the toppings until I got to the window and proceeded to tell the guy in the window as he shouted them individually to the stranger in the back making sandwiches. He literally started scratching at his scalp in plain view of the window. My years of restaurant experience made me cringe through this entire situation. I am absolutely terrified to unravel these sandwiches.
The restaurant is great looking - but good lord the service...

I don't understand why others thought the touch-screen menu in the drive-thru is difficult. The buttons are large and self-explanatory. I wish every fast food restaurant had this touch screen menu. I can customize the toppings easily, not only with which toppings I want, but also "less", "regular", or "more". Also, I can actually see the names of each topping plus the names of each sauce so I actually know what all my options are. Also, if you get confused, you can just speak to the workers through the speaker and tell them what you want. The option to choose the amount of each topping saves the employees from having to guess how much you want. I can quickly get through this touch screen menu faster and more accurately than I can order in person.
Besides the touch screen, I love this subway. Food has always been great, employees pay attention, there are even electrical outlets inside with comfortable...
Read moreSo this location was a first for me regarding Subway. We pulled up to it, it turns out it's a drive-thru with a touch screen ordering system. In a way it is kind of innovative, but I would have really appreciated it if it gave us the option to have mayo along with the other advertised condiments. We got our food pretty fast...a little too fast. When we stopped to chow down, we noticed there was something off about our food. It was like our meat was freezer-burnt and the bread was really tight and stale. I don't know how someone would provide old food like that, but I bought it and did not feel like going all the way back, so I still ate it since it was edible. This was an experience that I will remember and that is the first and last time I will ever go to this...
