These guys installed my remote starter in 2023 and then in January of 2025 installed my new stereo- both times they were fast, friendly, efficient- and there were no surprises with the service fees. I haven't had any issues with the remote starter or new stereo. They both work amazingly! I was also actually tickled to discover that I had a backup camera (after factor- that had been there since I bought the Jeep used) that these guys got working when they installed my new stereo.🤩

I have been meaning to leave a review for so long- and every morning on my way to work as I pass Mainely Audio I remind myself to do it and then by the time I get to work, I forget! 🙃

I stopped in last year for a quote. I was told they weren't familiar with my car's specs, so I was told they'd do some looking and get back to me. I waited 2 weeks. No word. So I called. Got the same answer. So I did all my own research, and took extensive notes, and brought them all the information about what I'd need. They said they'd order what I needed, and then get back to me. I waited another week or so. Nothing. Called them again. Told AGAIN they'd call me back. And now it's a year later, and I never heard from them once. Unprofessional is an understatement, when I did the first part of their job for them, and I just needed them to install the speakers. Just another joke business...

Nate was awesome. I called every place within 60 miles. Everyone else cost more and couldn't get me in for 3 months. These guys got me an appointment within 2 weeks. They cost less than everybody else, were very professional, and the remote starter they installed for...
