Was visiting relatives in the RGV area and was recommended by family members. John was honest upfront and has integrity. I came in for brakes on my wife's cx9. Gave me worst case scenerio as complete rotors and pads. I came to his shop with the left front rotor that had a warp and the rear pads at the end of there life. The bill came in cheaper. He was able to salvage all 4 rotors and turned them all back to true. My personal opinion most places anymore will just sell you new rotors instead of turning rotors. I understand the other side as replacing new rotors can save some labor cost. After the repair was complete, the brakes were smooth as they can be.
