H-E-B — Local services in Elsa

The people working here need an attitude adjustment or communication skills training. the girl that was bagging for me was just giving off horrible faces and the girl scanning gives you the silent treatment even when you say "hello, good morning" they're not friendly like the other HEBs from the moment you walkin no one greets you. It's just a horrible atmosphere overall you can't find a worker when you need to find something, you literally have to walk to a paying station just to get help even then they act like they hate having to helping you. which I will not be returning here. I'd rather drive all the way to weslaco HEB then to ever return to this horrible place. You can't find certain items that you can at weslacos HEB. They should change the name to HED here everything is different. From higher prices on fruits and veggies to the workers that need to learn how to communicate. I will not be returning here and I recommend anyone that needs anything go to the weslaco HEB where they will treat you like a human being...

Someone at this H‑E‑B in Elsa failed to do their spoilage inspection. Bought Midtown frozen pizza from them. Took it out and baked it only to come out to a funky smell. I ate 1/4 of the box and it was the most disgusting pizza ever. So I checked the box only to find out it was 5 months expired! Went back to H‑E‑B and of course they let me have a new one but I checked the whole section of the specific midtown pizza I had got and I saw almost an entire section ALL expired! I saw June and May of 2023 dates! The beef was sort of grey and I can’t believe I ate it. I trusted H‑E‑B but someone put expired spoiled pizza on the shelves. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with pharmacy, Jackie at the drive thru window is not very helpful instead of her being understanding with people that are picking up medication feeling sick and her trying to help out she is being sarcastic telling me “ unless u want to pay over $1,000 u can that’s how much this medication is” just with her tone and unprofessional demeanor this is not the first she has attended me at the pharmacy drive thru window this is why I decided to write this review so heb can consider hiring ppl with better customer service willing to help...
