I have given this store a lot of my business, but when I bought a bottle of Crown Royal for my brother’s birthday gift 6 months ago, I was surprised at the high price and immediately asked about it while being rung up by owner. I said “I must have picked up the bigger bottle. I wanted the smaller one.” Owner said, “Too bad, once I ring it up, no returns.” I hadn’t even touched or paid for it yet.
