Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elyria

First pizza was cold and smooshed. Looked like it was dropped. Cheese was hardly on pizza. Stuffed crust was hollow. It had cheese but was flat then space was at least a inch then dough. Was not happy with it at all. Me and wife ate 1 piece each and threw away. Keep in mind I have worked pizza for part time jobs since 18 im 42 now. So i know what goes for a decent pizza or not. You ask yourself why did he not call. Answer is you pay your employees squat and im not going to call and complain so they will send driver out with a pizza 30 min or more later and the driver gets nothing but hourly to deliver. So i cost him almost a hr pay to come back to fix the problem. I have a heart so I wont do that. Then you emailed so i was like nice. Now i can complain to someone that i hope can help fix a lot of problems at a American Icon like you are. Thank you for listening and help this get to a person that can help. Cant nobody out...

I use to eat here in the past and it was okay until my entire family got sick years ago and I have not eaten there since. Until the other day I decided to try the new stuffed garlic knots and also a stuffed crusted pizza because I had not had one in a while. The service was good, but the pizza was horrible. There was a creamy cheese sauce in the stuffed crust and it dripped out onto the rest of the pizza and it was a different cheese than on the pizza. It was not the stringing cheese I remember from years ago. The medium pepperoni had way to much garlic sauce. The wings were okay but the sauce had a very strong smoky after taste. After spending 30. On pizza, wings and garlic knots we ending up wasting half of it because we just could not eat it. I do not know what possessed me to eat there after all those years I guess I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Boy was I wrong...

If I could give them zero Stars I would...I Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in months almost a year...last time ordered from them my food showed up 2 and a half hours late and cold. Initially before it came I had called to find out where my stuff was and was told by I guess the call center that they couldn't refund my money nor could they redeliver and that I would have to go into the store to MAYBE get my money back was told its "up to the manager" I told them I do not have transportation I don't have any way to the store if I had a way to the store I would have gotten pick up instead of delivery the basically more or less told me oh well and hung up right as they hung up the driver showed up with the cold food... I have friends who work in Pizza Hut and I know for a fact that all the stuff the call center said is 100% not true... I have not ordered from them since and I don't...
