Very clean! Spotless! (I was very impressed by the cleanliness. Well done, everyone! )

Prices aren't bad. Most of the selection(s), if not all, are around $42 (before taxes)

Staff are incredibly awesome! I say this truly and not lightly. They're passionate about their field of work, and sincerely care to be helpful to others. -They're super schooled & knowledgeable on every detail I personally had, and I'm super analytical, lol. -They're helpful in all needs and wants as they are also very professional.

°•.☆Aaron was the first person to help me and this was via phone. Then, upon arriving, he was the one to let me in and who I sat and talked with while waiting for my turn. He's very kind, sweet, funny, handsome as heck, schooled, intelligent, and had great advice on everything. Thanks, dude! ☆.•°

Another tip is to seriously start off slow if you're a newbie. This medicinal grade product is strong!

From Lakewood, it's about 35 mins. Most of that is getting to 71 S lol. The rest is a straight shot. Once you get off the highway (71 S to 480 W to RT 10 to Elyria 301 N, it's 4 right turns, and bam! You're there!

I had to come back and update this 4/29/25 This place is changed so much it’s horrible. Whoever took over changed all the sale items to ‘select’ items. Never a heads up on what’s for sale. Not all items are on Sale like they used to be. You try to contact their customer service and you get ignored or passed around. NO ONE can answer questions as to any all the change. It’s all about profit and not actual customer care. Then the ‘points’ you earn, you still have to pay to use them. This place went down hill and fast. I’m sure it’s ok for anyone who just wants to get High but it’s not a good medical place. I will keep updating this.

I hate to be this person but I’m going to because I take my health very seriously. The ORIGINAL BAM workers are all amazing. But ever since the switch to FRX the service hasn’t been the best with the newer employees. Since it’s becoming legal the selection has gone down hill for medial use. I don’t just smoke to get high. That’s just a ‘perk’ I take notes on what terpenes do what for me and which brand has which terpenes. This new site doesn’t list all the terpenes so when I have to go to the store it’s like I’m rushed out. I try to go prepared but i can’t when I have to look for a new brand because they won’t order the brands customers need. If you’re just going to ‘get high’ I’m sure this place is fine, but when you need it medicinally this place isn’t reliable to order what you need. oh and I know for a fact it’s not out of stock or back ordered because I contacted the grower personally and they have it. So they can’t use ‘we can’t get it’ as an excuse. They have a good selection, which would be great if they at least listed the terpenes so responsible people could get the stuff they actually know helps them. Terpenes are very important. Weed is a life saver when used correctly and places like this should have all the IMPORTANT info on their websites if their employees don’t feel the need to spend the time with you in the store to check terpenes. Not a great place to go. Little selection, only 20% off for Veterans. Rise dispensary’s offer 30% and the customer service is so much better. The front desk gentleman is very off putting and cuts you off when you are trying to show your ID. I have been coming here for 2 years, even before it was Body Mind, the staff in the back is incredible but the front desk is so intolerable. The security guards that they have are always smoking cigarettes by the building and odor fills up the front from their clothes. I talked with Nate the manager (who is very kind) about how rude the front desk gentleman is and I feel he was handling the situation very well. The sound barriers are not efficient and you can hear everything from the back in the front. I knew the front desk gentleman could hear everything because it echos. As I was walking out, instead of just deescalating the situation, the gentleman at the front sarcastically and, over animated… told me to have a nice day. Yes, the words he spoke were kind, but his tone was condescending and was passive, He played it off to his manager and said “she got offended when I told her to have a good day.” Like he didn’t do anything wrong, and honestly I’m just disappointed and insulted, because it wasn’t what he said, it was how he said it.

This kind of service while trying to pick up your medicine that you pay so much money for, is really unacceptable, and no other dispensary is like this. I have given this place and people nothing but respect, as I know retail can be brutal. However, this is unacceptable. You should just drive a little further up to Cleveland to the dispensaries they have there.
