Update- Come here all the time best d@mn dispensary in Michigan we drive 3 hours and 30 mins every other month to visit they always take such good care of us. We have 3 favorite bud tenders to visit we will wait to make sure one of them waits on us. Danica, Shamar, and Hannah. Today Hannah took care of my husband and myself and let me tell you we just love her she's got great spirit , very knowledgeable and takes wonderful care of us. She even recognizes us everytime we come in even tho they see so many people daily and like I said sometimes we visit every 2 to 3 months faithfully. She's so bubbly , has such a positive attitude everytime and by far our favorite now. You guys need to take great care of her she's a blessing to you guys and her customers. First time in the state of Michigan and we definitely had no idea where to go for my dispensary needs. So we trusted Reddit in saying this was the best dispensary in the area we were visiting. I’ve only ever been in my states medical dispensaries which is nothing compared to the ones in Michigan and I’m not knowledgeable about any of the products period. We were met by two friendly young ladies, which we explained we had online pickup orders. The main young lady “Elizabeth” who asked us to come into the actual store area was beyond knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She took her time to explain where everything was, answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed or in a hurry. We left and ended up returning a hour later lol and specifically asked for Elizabeth again.🤣. I already have plans to come back later on in the year. Elizabeth is definitely an asset and I can’t thank her enough for the confidence she has given me in my new found knowledge about dispensaries and the different products and especially the many ways that I can benefit from it. Multiple issues. I never pick this store aside from convenience and passing by it already. Even then, rare. I think I have been in this place 4 times this year. I place my order online. Do curbside pick up. Get confirmation, go there, check in. Wait. Nothing. 20 mins in, I called to be sure it logged me in- they said yep you are checked in. Waited another 15 minutes. Then left this time. I got the email saying it was ready for pick up at 3:06. I got checked in at 3:53. I left at 4:30. I have had to go in and question this on other visits as well. They also sent out a sheet of deals, valid for 3 months. The 4 times I have tried to use any of them, everything was not in stock, then they sold me their "next level" because they had nothing else, over doubling the costs. Don't advertise what you dont have. Don't send ready for pick up and neglect to deliver it, after check ins and calls.
