This place isn't even worth it anymore. First they're the only place now that doesn't deliver. They just stopped. But at least we know that now instead of getting a call at the last minute saying their driver has covid again. That excuse went on for about two years. That driver is probably dead now as often as he's had it. Like 8 times last year alone that I know of. Poor guy. Their website is NEVER up to date so when you place an order you won't get what you wanted. No one will bother to call you and tell you either. They'll just give you one or two things from your order and send you on your way. If you have a sale that has 3 or 4 items for a sale price but they only have 1 or 2 left, they're regular price and they put them in your bag and charge you full price for them anyway and don't say anything at all. Then they replace the items you wanted with something else and none of those items are on sale either so you end up paying 3x more than you planned because they don't know how to ask you if you just don't want them because none of the sale items are in stock. They never could get the discount system working properly. Even when they tell you they're giving it to you, somehow they forget EVERY time! They're no longer helpful and they've gotten super lazy like that. Not to mention the quality has gone way down. It's like they're buying rejects from these companies now. I bought an expensive blunt from them and got it home and all the stuff fell out of it like it was an empty tube. It was all shake. Seriously? There are so many more options out there people. Go with one who knows when someone orders something at 3 for $30, they don't just want 2 at regular price for $24 and a substitute that's also regular friggin price because that's all they have. Most likely the customer would like a similar offer for something else then or for someone to call them and let them know before they charge them individually for all of them! Who wants to pay regular price like that? Duh. Or how about you just stop putting stuff on sale on your site that you don't actually have in stock? There's a better idea. Your site is store specific so how hard is it to update it at the end of the day? Square updates it for you as you go and it's free with the app! I mean come on lmao You still have stuff up on your site that you have been out of stock on all week. Wtf? I know you sell cannabis but that doesn't mean you need to be stupid at running a business YOU chose to run. Who would be okay with that? lol I've been ordering here since they opened and they just keep getting more and more disappointing. It was a good run for a while but there are plenty out there now and there's even one right next door so I'm done. I've been ripped off for the last time by this place. Hire people who...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBack in August the FTC made it illegal for businesses to carry fake reviews about their business. It's literally illegal. This company is the worst at it. As soon as they get one or two accurate reviews about how they run their Battle Creek business, they get eight or nine positive reviews from people that work there. It's disgusting and it's obvious, and I've already looked up some of the names and made connections to people in the store and then sent the report to the FTC so they can investigate because no matter how many times they get called out on it, they don't stop. Just because you sell weed, doesn't mean you get to be all shady like that. You think you're untouchable as a business because you sell something controversial, but we have rights too. Even as potheads lol. First they haven't updated their site at all for months. They still have stuff listed online that they haven't had in stock since this summer. The only items they push on you is the crap no one else wants. The joints filled with shake that just poor out as soon as you open the tube. The unsealed jars. The expired product. The sales that are bogus because they never have enough in stock to meet any of the qualifiers. That's called bait and switch, and it's also illegal, and also reported with examples. Call me a Karen if you want, but I'm personally sick of being taken advantage of by dirty businesses like this and I actually did something about it instead of just complain. They're a joke and they don't plan on changing any time soon. Obviously. Just stay away. You have plenty of options. They're dirty and they're...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsed to be my number 1 spot to go to. Until I brought my mother to jars for her first time to experience a cannabis store mind you she was the type who called the cops on me back when I was 13 for 6pot plants 2069 grams of pot. This was the first place I took her too after it got legal and took alot of convincing. After having the worst interaction with and employee there with my mother and my self at her first time experiencing a pot shop I didn't go back for a long time. Recently went back and heard that the employee is no longer there. And was given information that I could return products that where dysfunctional. Part of the reason I was there that day with my mother was to replace a couple vapes I had bought and didn't work. So I tried to return them on the vist with my mother and with the terrible employee and after that didn't go for a long time. Adam I believe his name is the manger and his team. Are on point theses days. He wasn't happy about it but he did replace those old new no functional vapes. That had sat so long they looked empty. He seemed to understand the situation. Made it right. And I'm very excited and happy to say I'll be starting to consider making this my number 1 spot again. Y'all just should need to had a more selection of rosin. And also keep the ones on display in a little fridge or climate controlled cabinet. The stuff you buy does come from the fridge. But the display stuff is completely different after sitting at room temperatures for hours. Just my review. And an appreciation post to Adam and his team. Huge shout...
