Super rude staff. About 2 weeks ago, I came into the store and after looking around for about 3 minutes, the lady up front hollers at me that I need to check out cause it’s her lunch time. So I take my 2 items to the front and instead of checking me out, the lady spends about 3 solid minutes talking to a coworker right next to me. Totally ignoring me even though she had just rushed me.
I let that go and tried again today. To be fair, I did not read the sign upon entering, but thought that they were open until 4. I walk in, there’s one other lady in there shopping. The lady with white hair greets me, I look at Tshirts and pick 3, I find a dress, I’m looking at shoes. I’ve probably been in the store for about 10 minutes? The other lady shopping heads up front to check out, and the lady with the white hair tells me “if you want that, you need to go check out cause we’re closed at noon on Thursday.” Very confusing, because Google says they are open til 4. I calmly apologized and suggested that I thought they were open until 4 and that they should post that on the door. Well the lady at the register apparently heard this and YELLS at me across the store “IT IS POSTED ON THE DOOR” and comes out from behind the counter and starts pointing. I just set my stuff and left. Just super uncalled for. Why are you letting people in if you’re closed? Why did no one tell me upon entering that you were closed? Isn’t this run by a church? Isn’t the point of this to make every dollar you can for people in need? Needless to say, I won’t be donating my items and giving my money to this...
