We broke up our 4 hour drive with a quick lunch at this Dairy Queen. Drive through order placed. Parked outside. They brought every thing out to the car. I noticed that they had inside diners. The staff sanitizing each table as diners left. All the staff were wearing gloves and masks. The service was quick. The food was hot. The drinks were cold. Good classic baskets of meat dishes with fries in a box. My wife and great grandson have decided this was a great spot for lunch. I agree.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Served a bug COOKED into the food- no one wanted to eat their meals after this. Manager refused to refund the meal. Owner was “too busy in meetings” to call over a several day span. Not only do they have quality control issues but when the issue arises the OWNER refuses to make the situation right. 12/10 wouldn’t ever recommend.

Best place to eat in the entire state of Texas. Jesse is an amazingly hard worker, super sweet and attentive and quick. My family and I drive the half hour from our place, passing 2 other DQs, just to come here because the food and atmosphere is just THAT good. 10/10 my favorite place to eat.

i went into dairy queen today me and my boyfriend just wanted a cupfection and a kids cheese burger meal. i’m an ex worker here so i know how stressful it can be. the lady taking our order seemed to be new or just tired because she’s been worked like a dog we repeated our order 3 times kids CHEESE burger and cupfectionx the cupfection was great!! on the other hand we thought she had our order correct… wrong.. we get our food drive away my cheese burger has NO CHEESE!! i look at my order from the receipt and they rung it up as a kid burger fine totally fine. go back wanting my cheese and i tell the lady and she rings me up for a slice of cheese all solved. i hear someone i know in the kitchen and i told the lady to tell them it was me because idk why not and he goes “well of course it is” well that’s the great customer service we love to hear… they give me my cheese with their barehands, no gloves not in a wrapper with his bare hands… i told him to get me a cheese that wasn’t touched because i don’t if he’s washed his hands or what… to sum it all up dont work nor go here… they don’t appreciate their customers nor their employees a shift leader should not be acting in a childish and rude way… they let there chicken strips and fries sit all day long so if you want fresh better ask for fresh or you won’t be getting that .. the kitchen doesn’t wear gloves nor hairnets it’s just very unsanitary to eat here in all… all they do is gossip and talk shit about their employees and the customers...

Spend 30 dollars 💸 on a lunch. Burger made wrong asked no onions but came out with onions. Ask double cheese and paid for it but only recieve one slice. They say they have to put it on the bottom together. The only problem is there was only one slice of cheese. When I take back to fix the cook didn't believe I asked for no onions but I had my receipt with saying no onions. They tried to give me the same burger they made with onions so a requested a new burger and not burned meat. Get my burger backi and it was still not made correctly. My sauces were missing. At this point I ate half due to hunger. Also my husband's frys were cold 🥶, really is it this hard to follow a order??? Will never return. Also the cook was at the counter while my husband and I placed the order and still had the audacity to say I ordered my burger with onions. Only to show my receipt with no onions. This really P/O-ed me the most. Don't try to put your mistakes on the customer who ordered correctly in the first place. Also the customer service when you try to get your meal made correctly was rude. Try to say sorry it's your mistake...

Don't go in the restaurant if you want service, there were 5 or 6 people in there waiting besides us, but the employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to come to the counter. They knew we were in there too, they kept looking our way. We weren't the only ones to give up and walk out, either. Haven't had any problems with the drive through, though. EDIT: didn't take my own advice, still having employee problems. The line was long so they opened another cashier, but instead of helping me (i was next in line) he helped the guy behind me. They didn't ask us if we wanted our blizzards now or after the meal and so brought them well before the food was served (not sure what's taking so long, tbh), and instead of using little flags or remembering orders like other locations do, they call your receipt #. I wouldn't expect this poor service at a dairy queen. Oddly enough, the guy who was called ahead of me also had his food served...
