
Not really happy as of lately. I signed up for their $8.99 a month program in May.
Since then, they increased their charge to $9.99.
I have come in 20+ times and the siren has gone off when I sign in 5 times in a row. I gave them the card again because apparently they could not charge my account automatically. No problem, charge it now. But every single time I come in it does the same thing.
They canāt figure out my billing for 5 visits in a row and now they tell me I owe $100+ dollars!! For what, I havenāt even been here more than 3 months and Iāve paid every single visit I come in. They tell me, āOh itās fine, go in, weāll figure it outā 5 times in a row!!!
To make matters worse, the lady at the counter charged me $30 to add to my account for drinks, etc⦠and she never actually added it to my account. My surprise when I go in the next time and she tells me I have no credit in my account after buying on one water ($1)
And even worse, they canāt even figure out their schedule!!! They closed a full hour earlier than the posted hours on me while I was working out!!!
Would not recommend. Will take them to small claims court If they try to Charge me extra. They have video evidence of me trying to pay every...

Keith the district manager was wonderful as well as Jalen, I would highly recommend redwood personal training with the new staffing absolutely amazing, professional, and truly care about your goals and they are willing to do everything they can to help you achieve your goals with positive reinforcement. My zero stars has turned into 5. Thank you so much to Jalen and Keith!
If I could give this place zero stars I would, recently started working with Redwood Personal Training and Marc has harassed me as well as you can not get in touch with anyone through redwood pt on the corporate level. Marc truthfully does not care about your health you are just another number on his commission list. He is the absolute worst! He signed me up for sessions and said I signed a contract which I never did. The supervisor Angelica is an angel and has been very compassionate whereas the actual trainers could care less. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice Gym - Poor Communication: I've been a member for 1.5 years now. Due to covid-19 the gym had temporarily closed. I get that. What I'm confused on is that I'm still getting charged for something I can't use. I don't mind helping to keep the gym viable. My issue is other businesses/services I've been paying for and can't use for the same reason are showing true customer service. They either pause the billing and/or reach out to their customer base. To be sure I didn't miss something I checked their website... nothing obvious; no updated statement to their customers. I checked my email, no communication from them since January. If you're going to keep taking my money you can at least earn it by acting like you give a sh!t about keeping your clients updated, expressing appreciation about us paying for services not available. Most companies that I have recurring billing with are offering some perks that can be used once their services are back up and running. If I missed something I'd be more than happy to update this review...
