There’s both girls working there and gold girl with the purple hair was kind of stringy rude she even asked me what kind of bread I wanted or nothing they asked her for the new series they came out with and I strictly asked her Italian herb and cheese and I gave her the coupon she has all we can’t use those Hass to be the list that’s on the cooler in front of you and I looked at her I said listen I want chicken with that not beef or anything else due to the allergies and she didn’t put too much sauce on my search what I asked for seems like she was in a kind of hurry but she seem awful awful rude to people that were behind me also and I asked her to put lettuce and tomato and she’s like oh OK in a snotty rude way if they don’t like their job then they shouldn’t get hires I have coupons in the past and I coupons I used it before with no issue now there’s an issue makes no sense I want my money back or I want sandwiches said I want...

The woman with glasses working here was EXTREMELY rude. Has issues and attitude with answering simple questions. No sense of understanding hospitality and customer service. If you where confused or she did not hear one of the items you wanted her tone would get very tense. Doesn’t seem like customer service is a good job for her. Absolutely disrespected my mom who I can understand can be difficult at times in the sense of wanting to pay in exact change, but the side comments in front of my mother was revolting. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years and have had many difficult, rude, pleasant and confusing customers before, but not once have I disrespected them and said things under my breath in front of them. One star due to the sandwiches being made right. But the customer service was so horrible it blew my mind. I told the female that I had 6 sandwiches and she started acting exasperated that I needed that. After about the 4th time of her asking me questions and her eyes rolling and constant sighs because of her inconvenience. I told her that if it was too much trouble I would go somewhere else. Then she said j am making your sandwiches. Then she muttered I am doing my job and something else I couldn't make out. She is disrespectful and needs to understand that working with the public can be taxing. But i was only asking for 6 sandwiches and she made it put to be as if I was ordering 20.
