OMG!! This place is fantastic. After two trips to Lowe’s. Looking for a part for my mom’s toilet I happened upon this place. What a gem! I can’t imagine them not having anything you may need. They literally have everything. From nuts and bolts to cleaning supplies. Electronics and tools. Flooring and hardware. Literally, everything! And, oh, my, the staff, which happened to be the owner son and his wife were so fantastically nice. Extremely helpful and wonderful personalities. This is definitely going to be my go to store for...

At least they are not as hateful like Lowes. Customer service sucks at Lowes. You walk towards them for help and they run away. Dont want to help anyone At least thats how they treat me. Everyone at Ramseys hep you out. Even the lady cashier will leave the cashier if no one is there and help you find stuff. Very friendly people and really know how to treat people. Enjoyed seeing the selection. Had great assistance from an older employer who was called to help another and replaced by a middle aged employee.

Downhill from there. Went to get unusual bolts, washer, nuts... Took one with me as example... Needed four more. They charged me for five at checkout -- charging me for my own bolt, washer, nut I brought in as well as three of theirs and one that was not only too short but a different size.

Not a happy customer....
