DO NOT GO! WORST CUSTOmEr SErvICe!!!!! Went in today I went in to the salon today after making an appointment.have always put my kids first and haven't had my hair done professionally in years. I came in and was told that they'd be with me in a second. My hair dresser was late and then my name was called and i wasn't introduced. She just walked into the other room.(I wasn't told where to go.) I got to the chair and sat down. She took my purse out of my hands and out of my lap. I guessed she noticed my face when she did that and asked if that was ok. I said it was just never had someone take my purse out from me like that. She asked if I knew what I wanted to do with my hair. I told her I hadn't gone in 5 years and wanted to talk about what would be best health wise to do w my hair w color.she said "you didn't bring a picture? Or anything? Usually when I sit in a stylists chair I already know what I want to do." I said well I thought I could discuss it. I ended up saying blonde highlights. (I probably had an attitude at this point Bc of how she had been toward me.) she hair dried my hair roughly. Then left without saying a word for a couple minutes. Came back and tried ripping off the cape she had on me saying he wasn't doing my hair today. She want use to rude customers... I said she came off very ...she cut me off and said that she was done. I said she was the rude one and went to the receptionist by the door and told them what had happened and one women.(looked like the manager or whatever.) said sometimes ppl don't mesh well but that there were plenty of other salons I could go to. I said "no sorry?" ... I told her and the gossipy women around her that I was going to be writing reviews and I left...... Now I have worked in customer service for multiple years and have never been allowed to treat a customer (rude or difficult) in such a manner. I've never had a problem w any other place I've ever been too. Obviously if u want to be treated like you value don't go there. If u want to be greeted nicely or to have a consultation go somewhere else. Hair in motion has behavior and customer...

We stayed late and it took the stylist a while to cut his hair. The stylist took close to 6 hours to get my son’s hair done, bleach and vivid color. It took her close to 3 hours to just bleach his hair. While his hair was processing, she put gloss on my hair. She rinsed him while my gloss set, then she colored his hair. Rinsed me while the color set for him. Forgot that I wanted a cut, too.

At the end, I declined a styling, just wanted my hair dry, especially after being placed under a dryer without turning it on!

Before she started, she had all the information she needed, including photos of me and my son. She quoted me $100 for his vivid color. I already figured it would be more due to cut and style. Figured the two of us would come to about $250, MAYBE $300.

She wanted to charge me $570! $400 for his, and I assume $170 for me?

I talked it down to $400, but when I declined tipping on my credit card, it went up to $425.

The owner of the salon said there’s nothing she can do, as she just rents out booths.

Bad business practice! At no point in time did the stylist mention that she would tack on an hourly rate, and, having had the same service before elsewhere, I KNOW that it could’ve been done in 3 to...

They got me in the last minute, and I should have taken that as a sign. I got Tammy, and she was rude from the get-go. Didn't welcome me, I walked around for a few minutes trying to figure out where to sign in. When she finally noticed me, she moved the person in her chair and had me sit down. She never asked any questions as I showed her a few pictures. She completely ruined my hair. My bangs were supposed to be long and transform into face framing. I also wanted some layers. I took my hair out of it's bun and she NEVER even brushed my hair before yanking at the tangles with a brokem comb and start cutting. SHE CUT IT DRY. My hair is so uneven that I had to have my husband do his best so I could leave the house. As for my bangs.. they are over an inch shorter than I told her (i wanted eyebrow length and got bad 3rd grader bangs that are halfway up my forehead). The face framing is more like a mullet. She ruined my confidence. I hope this horrid haircut grows out by christmas pictures! I will NEVER EVER go back...
