She made me feel extremely important and she researched My issue and when I tell you this woman got results, she got results! I was really in a bad place about to get my insurance canceled because of a technicality that was not seen by anyone else that has been on there since March 11th. Christina is the best. I work for a car dealership and one of my customers needed to add a car to their insurance policy. They live in Troy and they called the US Agencies in Troy but those folks were very rude and lazy. They wouldn't help my customers. Christina and I do believe her name is Teresa are wonderful representatives for this company. It's not the company that makes things great, it's those wonderful ladies that make this company look awesome. I will definitely take all my customers there for their insurance needs.
