Just not as friendly as they used to be. Well after a ton of emails about coming in and even a price for the car I wanted, even after accepting the terms Nothing! Wasn't my credit, nor the fact I couldn't afford it! Said I needed a co signer GOT ONE! Had down payment also STILL NOTHING AFTER SITTING AND LISTENING TO THE SALEMANS REPEATEDLY COME BACK WITH BS! I WORKED IN SALES ALL MY LIFE SO I JUST LET HIM LIE TO HIMSELF. THEN THEY ASKED FOR 3 COSIGNERS! AT THIS POINT I WAS EXHAUSTED WITH TWO WEEKS OF LIES AND FIRING EMPLOYEES. I SWITCHED SALEMANS IN THE MIDDLE AND HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO EVEN GET THE BALL ROLLING! CUSTOMER CARE HAS CHANGED DEFINITELY. THEY WERE READY TO GO HOME AND IT SHOWED! BUT ITS ALL GOOD ROSS. I USED TO KEEP HIS MOTHER IN LAW. GAVE 1000 PERCENT EACH DAY THOU GHT HE WOULD DO THE SAME BUT NOPE! HE SAID HE WOULD WORK ON IT THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT AGAIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME I HAD TO CONTACT THEM. SEEMED TO ME THEY DIDNT WANT MY BUISNESS BUT THE OTHERS WHO WERE IN THE LOBBY WERE SURELY BEING GREETED AND SPOKEN TO WITH HOPE (NON BLACK) DIDNT EVEN ASKED WHAT CAR I WANTED NOR EVEN TO TEST DRIVE! I HAD ALREADY STATED WHAT I WANTED WEEKS AGO BUT THE SALESMAN ASSURED ME L.V. HE WANTED TO RUN MY CREDIT FIRST TO SEE WHAT CAR HE WANTED TO PUT ME IN!! NEVER MIND WHAT I WANTED.
