I had the worst experience lastnight, with the MANAGER at that. I ordered some fries and realized half way through my game I never got them. I went up there and asked and a lady told me they weren’t done yet. After the game I went up there and said I never got my fries, and was told by the manager that she dropped them off a long time ago and when I went back to the table, saw cold fries sitting with another groups food. My friend went up there and asked for them to be remade since she didn’t tell anyone she had sat them down. she just sat them down and left. She said that would be a waste of product. So my friend asked for a refund and she said they couldn’t do those. Eventually I asked her for the manager and she said she was it. I was very shocked to hear this since she was beyond rude and told me her job was just to sit the food down and I was supposed to look back at the table and notice it. She also told me she was “giving” me something, and I had to remind her it was a service. I gave her money for that food. Overall I did get a refund, but I was beyond disappointed. Very clean facility for a building that has been there for a very long time. Staff is always a pleasure to be around and does a great job fixing issues that may occur. This has been the place for me and my family to have a good time.

Adding on 2 years later: Had my child's 8th birthday here and it was absolutely the best experience. Staff was accomodating with everything, so very kind and I mean every staff member went above and beyond to make this a enjoyable evening. I would like to start out by saying that it was Saturday night and it was really busy, so I will cut them some slack on that, however... we waited forever in line and the one guy that was working there seemed like he had NO clue what was going on. They were very unorganized. That wasn't my biggest complaint though. What I really had issue with was the smoke! I felt like I was in a bar! It was so bad that we only bowled 2 games. I was there with my husband and 2 boys. I know there will be some people who will say, if you don't like people smoking then don't go there, however there aren't a lot of places to go in our area so choices are limited.
