I go to the McDonald's at 1081 Ross Clark Cir. every morning M-F and I also get McDonald's for dinner at. I understand it's been hard to get good employees because of the covid outbreak but the service has been good until the last couple months. My orders are mixed up or completely wrong all together. When you order unsweetened tea, receive it in the unsweet tea cups but it's sweet. That's not good for my wife whom is diabetic. This morning we ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese muffins. The person taking the order put it on the screen wrong. After it was corrected we pulled to the window. We were given 2 sausage biscuits. When given another bag it had 2 what was marked as bacon,egg and cheese mcmuffins we left. Get home and guess what ? 1 was an egg mcmuffin. I've had enough. DOTHAN STORE AT 1081 ROSS CLARK CIRCLE (NEAR SOUTHEAST HEALTH HOSPITAL) - HORRIBLE SERVICE! AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. TOLD TO PULL ASIDE TO WAIT ON FOOD - WE ONLY ORDERED 1 QUARTER POUNDER AND 1 BIG MAC. Today, I went to McDonald's at 2101 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL. I placed my order at 12:40 made it to the window and paid within a couple of minutes, got to the pickup window and the young man was clueless as to what I had ordered and sent me to the 2nd pickup window.
