Custom Computer — Local services in Ephrata

We had an Exchange Server issue we needed expert help with. I stopped by and spoke with a kid who told me Reed and Jeff the people who could help me were out to lunch together @ 11am. I left my card as it was both an emergent and critical issue for my 100 PC network. Neither called me later that afternoon or the next morning as promised. To be honest they never called. That was over a week ago.

Avoid this place if you have any emergency or critical problems. They don't care enough to even call you back.

Amazing service at a great price. My computer was overheating and shutting down. These guys diagnosed the problem quickly (water cooled fan pump stopped working), replaced the bad part and had the computer back to me in less than 2 days! The price was very reasonable. I'd take a computer here...
