Great local business with consistently high quality beers as well as consistently interesting versions of their various stock ales, IPAs, and stouts. I love the 3lb IPA most, and if I don't need to walk anywhere, the Libation (Double IPA) is deliciously dangerous. In the winter (or if I'm just feeling more dark) the Hegemony and Black Current stouts are quite palatable. My wife really likes both the Pale Ale and Wheat Beer offerings, as do I for a more refreshing hot day thirst quencher.

I am usually there for a growler fill, which will last only 2-3 days max once you open it, so if you're the only one drinking, you could, as I have done, re-bottle into smaller flip-top bottles to keep the fizz lasting longer. The stouts tend to last a little longer.

The bar and seating area is a converted dairy processing building that they have put a lot of effort and care into sprucing up. It looks good, but is a a little loud (concrete) and a bit dark. But on nice days that doesn't matter too much since you can sit outside and also partake of various local food trucks that park on the premises. Of course, if it is nice, you'll have a lot of other beer drinkers there to keep you company, as this place has grown quite a bit in the...

So I’m really torn to write this review. I love this place, I’ve tried all their food and love it. I’ve had almost all of their beers that I like and they’re great. And since they opened I’ve spent a ton of money there. It’s my favorite brewpub to date. So I’m leaving for a month in FL and decided to take some great local beer with me. Went there intent on buying two cases to go along. So I picked out two cases and mixed them with 4 different beers that were the same case price expecting since they sell them individually by the 4 and 6 pack. I was surprised when she had to bring the manager over to tell me I would have to pay the individual prices for the 4 and 6 packs. I was stunned. I don’t think it was fair to pay the additional $30 or so dollars so I walked out without any beer. I’m sure the owners have some business sense and would like to hear their...

Owners are currently supporting and pushing a speaker, Chris Hume, who is advocating hateful rhetoric out of their Lititz location. Customer since the days of y'all being in that garage. Will never return.

Let me leave you with a quote from said speaker. "Christians must confront the fact that God requires them to impose his laws for the state upon all man, whether men like it or not. The universe is not a democracy, but a kingdom. If Christians do not impose God’s laws upon non-Christians, then non-Christians will impose man’s laws upon Christians. Communism aptly illustrates what the latter situation is like, and as the influence of the gospel wanes in America, there is more and more an attempt to destroy Christianity and...

Had gotten growler fills here a few times but finally stopped in this weekend. Their staples (Hegemony/Libation/etc) are all solid but the reserves are really what set this place apart, and in my opinion make it the top brewery in Ephrata. Specifically we tried both the Hegemony 10th and 9th. Both outstanding. 9th was aged in rye whiskey barrels. Holy goodness I could have drank that one all night. Haven't had another stout in all of PA like it. Kettleface also blew us away. Not typically red ale fans but this one was special. We had the Hawaiian pizza and even that was pretty great!

St. Boniface in Ephrata, PA, is a hidden gem worth the 45-minute drive for us! The pizza is incredibly fresh, and you can even watch the chefs expertly craft it right in front of you. The crust is baked to absolute perfection. As for the beer, it never disappoints. I ventured out of my comfort zone with their Best of Both Brews (Coffee IPA), and as someone who usually doesn’t enjoy IPAs, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of both the food and drinks make every trip worthwhile!

Tried three beers. Two were good, one not. There's not a great selection of food, but the ham and cheese sandwich I had was good. The biggest issue with the place, is when it ggit busy, the wait to get a beer was ridiculous. Partly because the growler fill line, and the bar line are the same. At one point we waited 20 minutes to get a beer. We would have left but we had to wait to get our check anyway. No table service, so it's the only option. We will try again.
