Country Fair — Local services in Erie

Horrible customer service. I am a delivery driver and stopped to get gas. I ask the miserable sales associate that was working the register at the time if she was the only one working at the moment or is there someone else in the back because she was working the alcohol register and I was waiting for someone to take me at the register without alcohol. Me asking that simple question lead to getting an attitude saying there are five people that were here before me that I am going to have to wait that she is the only one on register. When she said this she was selling two twelve packs to some customer which isn't aloud and she stopped the subfair woman from coming over to handle the register because now not only was there seven people in her line but my line had like eight people. So fifteen people waiting to be cashed out and she stops the sub lady from grabbing a register and told her don't worry about it they can wait. Ignorance is crazy. Now you can't stop and get gas in Erie without rude, disrespectful, and ignorance. If she is still working at a cofair I will never buy gas again at country fair...

this place in a BIG BIG NO. i paid cash at the kiosk and it was a card only the machine said insert cash or card there was NO sign saying card only. i put a $20 in there it didn’t even give me change it said it didn’t go thru too and the manger took away all of our things and no refund i call and i they said they will get back too me and they still haven’t. the manager didn’t check the cameras and the manger was rude and disrespectful and the cashier seen us put $20 in and went with the register saying that there was nothing put in so i lost $20 that i worked for it and i worked 2 days for it (i’m a minor) i didn’t get to eat anything that day so i had to wait until i got home to eat and i live far from this country fair it isn’t fair they were probably taking advantage of me being a MINOR and i REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR A MINOR it would be nice to get the things that i got but no i lost $20 and was staving the rest of the day until i got home they look nice but there aren’t i...

Stopped here last night with two friends. One friend needed smokes. She had her ID. The cashier told her that she could not sell her smokes unless all of us showed her our ID’s and we were all over 21. I don’t smoke and I’m 53 , the friend who wanted to buy smokes is 50...our other friend is 24. Since the 24 year old did not have ID with her the cashier would not sell smokes to the 50 year old who had ID. Additionally the cashier was rude and cocky about it. She enjoyed every minute of her authority and control over the cigarette inventory and made sure to rub our faces in it. Not again. I won’t shop here anymore. Never been treated so poorly and so humiliated in a store before. Country Fair Corporate...after reading these reviews on this store I really hope you will do something to help these employees with their customer...
