Dollar General — Local services in Escalon

Check the expiration dates!!! Check the products with CRV, got charged for a cardboard juice carton that isn't a California redemption fee! But still got charged 10cents for their brand, clover valley in the refrigerator section & told the manager, the manager told me corporate can charge on the east coast and that's how the register rings it up,,, the manger knows it's not how the west coast does it but the manager can't change it only corporate can,,, boycotting their name brand clover valley! Today I went to Dollar general twice. This morning I had a full cart and the clear rang it all up and then told me she had no change for a 100.dallar bill. The items came to about 65 dollars. This afternoon I went to pick up a few more items . After waiting in line for 15 minutes in a long line again she rings it up and the then tells me she has no change for 100. Needless to say I walked out again and went to a store that was more expensive to get what I wanted. The service is always bad and the store is always thrashed, some sometimes you can't get down isles. Upper management needs to really look into this place...

Never been to a store that made such a huge deal over something small. Rather than a customer going in to get a great experience with great customer service I was disappointed with the service I recieved from a cashier.
