While visiting family in Escanaba, my son dropped his Nintendo Switch breaking the screen. I cold called Jesse / 906 Tech Express, explained what had happened, and asked if he thought he'd be able to repair it before we headed back home in a week. He was very knowledgeable & professional, explaining that once he inspected the system inside and out he would provide an estimate. He even went as far to share that if the repair cost was more than half the cost of a new device then it wouldn't even be worth repairing; a reassuring statement. Throughout the whole process covering multiple days, Jesse provided us with constant updates informing us as to what he had found and what was next on the repair agenda. He was able to fix the switch in no time, even wit having to overnight an additional part in order to get it fully operational. Needless to say, it's back in my son's hands and working just like it had never been damaged to begin with.
