Unfortunately the service and order I placed for a funeral plant was absolutely awful. I ordered a 75.00 Peace Lily and a cheap green plant was sent instead. When trying to resolve the issue all I asked for was to pick up the correct plant which was originally agreed to. But now they expect me to contact the family to find who has the awful plant. I refuse to contact a grieving family to ask for the wrong plant. This experience by far is the worse I have ever had. My husband ordered roses for me this morning “Valentines Day”. (over $60) He get home from wok tonight thinking the flowers would have been delivered. To his surprise, no delivery. He called the shop and was told there out on delivery. About another 45 minutes passed and he called again and told the lady to just cancel the order. About 20 minutes later and a girl knocks on the door with the flowers. My husband answered the door, tells her he canceled the order and she says “oh cool” then walks away.
