Bought a Restonic mattress and upon delivery we were surprised to learn that the mattress was a floor model. At no point during the sale did the salesperson indicate that the mattress was a floor model, nor was it labeled. On that same day , an extended family member had the same exact thing happen to them with the purchase of their Restonic mattress. In this case, they asked if the mattress was a floor model, and were told that they would receive a new mattress sealed in plastic. The store was called and they claimed that we were notified that it was a floor model and offered no resolution. I was really impressed with the size and selection of Lazy Boy rockers/recliners H-S had in stock, I had a hard time making up my mind. I immediately liked the first chair I saw, even after being shown a dozen more that fit my request, I still chose the style of the first one in a different color. The whole process took maybe a half hour from walking in (pensively) to walking out elated. Matt greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained I was looking for loveseat recliners and then allowed me to look around and try them out for myself. He checked on me once and asked if I had any questions. He also told me that all couches were on sale for 30 percent off until Wednesday.
