As a first time customer, I can’t overstate my faith in, or recommendation for, Nyman Jewelers. Sue and Morgan were “above and beyond” helpful in achieving a phenomenal engagement ring for my Fiancé! (I hope she didn’t say yes just because the ring was so spectacular! ;-). Nyman’s ability to get the diamond I wanted, to the store, and set in a beautiful ring they helped me choose was impressive! They are also true artisans when it comes to the production of what you choose and design with them. I first went in here while picking out a couple Valentine’s Day gifts from my boyfriend. The staff were very helpful, they took their time to show me several options, and were not pushy sales people. I returned to get a pair of white gold backs for a pair of black diamond earrings that I needed tight backs for. I also inquired about having a pair of diamond earrings that were my Grandma’s reset from yellow gold to white gold. I sold the gold from those earrings and a couple other pieces I no longer wore to offset the cost and have them completed. The whole process went smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. I love the tiny greeters at the door and will definitely be back to purchase more jewelry or if I need any repairs...

I stopped at this jewelry store to request some of the links in my watch be removed, as my grandmothers funeral service was that very day. The gentleman kindly did so, and was very skilled and professional. I also ended up interacting with a beautiful woman named Kendra, who again was extremely kind and helpful assisting me in purchasing not only a sharp tie clasp, but an amazing bracelet for me to be able to leave with Her at the service, just as a token of the Love that She will always have from me.
