Its been 3 years since coming here, the last time we came it was a very poor decision, the food when asked for toppings came empty, half was missing, and the only thing accurate was half the drinks, after chosing to never come back here, finally decided give it one more try, again no toppings when asked, and the man taking our order seemed to have a terrible attitude, though let it slide, got to the window, he was very smug, and seemed fairly arrogant and practically tossed the ketchup and salt asked for in my bfs lap, then awaiting our food, understanding it takes a minute, requesting ranch upon the order and upon receipt didnt get any, while backing up to the empty window, he just blankley staired at us a went about his business ignoring us for a bit before finally opening the window when asking for the ranch, he was again smug and rude, and stormed off to get us one of the two packets that were on the receipt, and all the while rolling his eyes every time words were spoken to him, it prompted my bf to finally ask, am i like annoying you or something? And he just says smuggly, no its just been a really long day, no apology, more smug says, have a nice day, hope you enjoy then closed the window. Now i understand a long day, my bf worked 12 hours that same exact day physical labor and was not rude or smug to this man, the man clearly had an attitude problem that now again will never return to this place. Read moreWe opted to eat inside the new building today. We ordered 1 mushroom and Swiss add Mayo, 3 curds and 1 pretzel bites. After 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask for a time frame for our order to be completed. There was a gentleman that I believe is a manager that has been there quite some time and often has a bad attitude who was furious I asked and yelled at me they were busy, 30 minutes wasn't long to wait and they would get to it when they could. I waited at the counter and when I finally got our order there were no mushrooms on the burger. I asked for it to be corrected and this man yelled at me and threw my burger while asking for them to remake it and me to go sit and wait. I again refused to sit to wait and he handed me back a fresh burger about 3 mins later. While I was waiting multiple people heard what was happening and left without ordering after asking me about my wait. Another gentleman followed me to my table and apologized for that man behind the counter because his behavior was 1000% wrong and it made him furious to see him treat a woman that way let alone a manager treat a customer this way. I ordered a Sundae and paid for extra hot fudge and caramel had very little and it did not have pecans or strawberries on it altogether. When I called to express I was unhappy with my order she did not apologize she just claimed that it was made correctly and everything was on it and she was unfriendly, defensive, hostile and there was no need to defend whether she made it right or wrong I consumed the sunday and did not eat any strawberries or pecans i understand accidents happen there is no need for a sunday to cause this big of a deal i would have just liked an apology because i chose to spend my money at their business instead she just defended that she correctly made it and that she is a manager so if i had a problem with it she would just be speaking to her about it; sad because i did really enjoy getting banana splits from there but the manager kaitlyn has...
