Best anime store I’ve ever been to! Honestly I’ve been to multiple states and every time I look for an anime store. There’s always game stores for cards but never collectibles. I’ve even searched in Boston and the best store they had to offer couldn’t even touch the amount of stock and service that black knight has! It’s family owned and the owners will even remember you and have conversation for hours if you have the time! I’ve been a regular here for a while now and I don’t have one single bad thing to say about this place. If you want something held for a week or two they will hold it, if you ask for them to keep an eye out on a specific item they will do it, and they even take trade ins for store credit as long as your anime/gaming/cards are legit! there is not enough good things I can say about this store first of all I am the biggest one piece fan I have probably spent thousands of dollars in the store and it is definitely worth it. They sell good quality products. The lady at the front desk and I think it’s her daughter. They are super nice. They always help me find stuff they hold stuff for me because I live pretty far away from the store. I live all the way in Newport and there is not much stuff so it is really really relaxing knowing when I make a long drive down to Burlington. I can go into the store. I can relax I can look around see what I want to buy. It’s a very calming atmosphere. I really appreciate them and everything they do. And the quality products they sell. This place really is a diamond in the rough. Every time I come here, there's always something new to see and it's easy to spend far more time in the store than originally planned. Prices are reasonable and fair. Those that gripe about it don't understand that this isn't a big box store and a few extra dollars that go towards supporting a local business should not be a deal breaker.
