Basic pho and Vietnamese options. The food was a bit bland, and didn't have that wonderful layer of flavors that I've been accustomed to. The wait time was short, the prices were on the high side, but the service was friendly and professional. All in all, I don't think it will be my local favorite, but the location is great, the atmosphere is so cool inside and I love to see small businesses thrive. Try it out for yourself!

Outstanding. Easy parking, great dining area, attentive staff, quick service, and the food was delicious. Banh xeo/Vietnamese pancake was perfectly crispy, and the vermicelli bowls are so fresh and delicious. Great serving size, had extra to go for lunch the next day. Don't miss out on the vietnamese iced coffee. Highly recommend, will be back soon.

The Massaman Curry Soup was just exactly what I wanted! Pho Dang is such a great local restaurant. The service is friendly and surprisingly fast. My husband and I were the only guests in the dining room on a Sunday night, but they were doing a brisk carryout business. Definently one of my new favorite spots in the neighborhood!

I’ve been a die hard Pho Hong fan since I was in high school (I’m in my early thirties now) and would comfortably say I’ve eaten there more than anywhere in the greater Burlington area. Over the years I’ve tried a handful of other Vietnamese in the area and have always felt like they were about a 5 to Pho Hongs 10. Our family recently moved out of Burlington and therefore ended up getting takeout at Mama Pho one night just out of convenience while simultaneously assuming it would be subpar- WRONG! It was amazing. We usually get pho for our kids, vermicelli bowls for ourselves and a variety of appetizers. Everything is just so good. The pho broth is delicious, the vegetables in the spring rolls and bun bowls are fresh and the stir fried ingredients are super flavorful and delicious. We’ve been back a few times now and are really happy to have found this spot. They’re also just great on the phone and always get our order right. Grateful to have Mama Pho as an option...
