I really wanted to like this place but I had a bad experience here at the essex nails spa! The acrylic nails took over 2 hours to do and I had a bunch of techs working on me at the same time which makes the quality of work inconsistent. A couple days go by and I was having really bad pain underneath my pinky nail so I had to pop off the acrylic nail and when I did, my nail was extremely red and I had green and yellow discoloration underneath my nail. Masks are optional. The manicure included lotion-lined gloves with a warm steamed towel. And I got a shoulder massage at the drying counter. Not only did my hands look great, but they were also soft and smelled wonderful! Looking forward to trying a...
