In your question soliciting feedback, you mention both excellence and exceptional as expectations of service support by representatives of your company. If that is the case, you have exceeded those expectations with the extraordinary engagement of Sydney Anderson in the professional representation of her clients. Sydney assisted us in finding our home when we relocated to Connecticut and most recently represented us in selling it as my work took us to another region of the country. Frankly, it is rare in these situations that you can truly say that a professional exceeded your expectations one, but to have that repeated a few years later and consistently exceed them a second time is somewhat of an anomaly. When Sydney signs on to team with you in either buying or selling, she does it with a fierce dedication to not being a mediocre partner, but she is 101% on your team. She educates you; she guides you; she laughs with you; she will hold your hand and fiercely and professionally defend you. You never have a reason at all to doubt that she is not in your corner....as she is out front, leading the way. Her values of credibility, loyalty and her unwavering ethics help you be able to lie your head down and sleep at night, knowing that she has your back in helping you find your perfect home or at times when you have to sell that perfect home and you truly want the sale to be completed and the buyer to know it's as perfect as you do. Sydney is not just a realtor. She becomes a friend, a valued friend that you can count on. She is one of those people in life that you choose to be a part of your family in representing your family's needs in real estate. As to your question, she was excellent and exceptional and extraordinary and exceed our...
Read moreA few years ago I used a realtor from this company and she was awful. She was showing us the worst of the worst places to live. She was always late, giving us wrong addresses and having us meet her all over eastern ct at these horrendous apartments that were in poor conditions and set up didnt make sense. I had been sending her apartments to have us check out and when I asked why she wasn't checking them for us she went on a tirade of how shes busy and harassed me through texts.I thought it was her job to check apartments that were livable for us. She had poor people skills and initially offered to help us but her help was awful and a waste of our time. I found a great apartment for my family. Months later she was texting my significant other and asked how we were. It was awkward and uncalled for. I'm sure not everyone at this company is like this but my experience was so bad I wouldn't reccomend...
Read moreWorking with Janet Peckinpaugh was an absolute dream. We could not have asked for a better, more qualified realtor. She ALWAYS had our best interests at heart. Her knowledge of the area, comps, willingness to work with other realtors and ability to accommodate our schedule made the process very easy. We give her our highest recommendation and we are sad that our search is over as we thoroughly enjoyed working with her! Under her tutelage we found the most perfect second residence and with her expert guidance through a complicated multi bid process we were able to secure the condo we so desperately wanted. She is truly an asset the to William Pitt/...
