ZERO STARS!!!!! I called to set up an appointment today and was informed that to get a haircut you have to pay for a $35 package of ‘shampoo, cut, and style. As a woman with naturally curly hair, I do not want my hair shampooed or heat styled. so I asked how much it would cost for just a cut without those things added, they proceeded to tell me that even though I was NOT going to get shampooed or styled they were STILL going to charge me the $35 Because it is a “set fee”. So you’re telling me that even though I did not receive 2/3 of the services or wasn’t going to receive 2/3 of the services(of shampooing and styling) I was still going to be charged for it? I will NEVER go to this hair salon. people have preference on how they want there hair treated, You dont just get to charge people for services they DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE. Pretty sure thats...

I had a pedicure done by Kennedy. She was very professional, polite and friendly. I expected a complete pedicure she did what I do in the shower. I wanted her to exfoliate the whole foot not just the heel. She did not do the calluses on my feet she just put callus softener on it and that was it. She would have got a five star because she did a beautiful job painting...

My Wife and I are big fans. The Salon & Spa is a very "friendly" spot. We now feel like one of the 360 family. Most importantly is we always leave looking and feeling fabulous. The evening and weekend appointments sometimes include a glass of wine or a beer....
