Tech ER — Local services in Tullahoma

Not a very helpful place. 1..) Took a laptop in to be repaired and they took one look at it and could tell by the type of computer it wasn't worth their time. They said they would call me within 2 or 3 days to let me know what they needed to do to it or what was wrong and no call, 1 week later I called back and they said they hadn't gotten to it and they'd call me by the end of the day. 3 days later I called back and they still hadn't looked at it. After another week of radio silence I called them telling them I was just going to come get it. They kept saying it was "probably the video card" and it wasn't worth fixing. Got it back, they didn't charge anything but when we got it back it had a dent in the side where it appeared as though the laptop had been dropped on the corner. 2.) Bought the back glass to repair my Google Pixel 2 XL phone when I took the laptop in. Never got a call that the part was in. They told me it was in when I asked them about it no offer to do the actual repair. When I picked up the laptop I asked them how long it would take to fix the part on my phone and they acted like they had no clue and they would look it up and get back to me. 3 week later I still haven't heard anything and don't have the part I purchased. Not very pleased at all...

I spoke with a guy there one day over the phone in regards to cleaning my device. And I had asked him if someone has heck my phone would they be able to tell he told me yes that's what they do and told me it would cost $35 it would take about a couple hours to do. So I said thank you sir have a great day the next day I actually get my device and go inside the store and the bigger guy with the long hair was to help me indeed he did not. I told him what was going on and he said the thing to do is to reset the phone. Obviously I have thought of that one and have already done so and still having problems with it and I told him what the guy told me the other day over the phone. He said they did not do that there and what I needed to do was to reset my phone again I have already done that numerous times and I'm still having problems. Insisted on telling me again that is all I needed to do. We spoke back and forth until I walked out of the door. Totally arrogant totally doesn't listen. And obviously of no help...

Long story short I shattered my iPhone 8 Plus screen 2x now. First time I took it to an Apple Store. This time I was about to leave for work for a week and didn’t have time to wait. Went in and they replaced the screen same day. Then I tried to make a call and the ear speaker didn’t work. I told them I was going out of town and they said they would order the parts to fix it. Just got back into town, went in, and they had it fixed in 2 hours. Price was much lower than Apple. Is it the same screen? No. Looks the same, touch works good, color is different, maybe even brighter. Bottom line, if you live in Manchester or Tullahoma and need your phone fixed, don’t hesitate to go. They’ll make it right...
