Store lost a sell today all because my phone wouldn’t work (due to signal) in the store to get the digital coupon. instead of offering an alternative when i said i would just get it at food city. I had to go due to having a teen and infant in the car. after being in there 20 mins trying to figure it out. she said “ok if you need help with the app next time let me know” there has to be alternate options to people who have issues with their websites. and not all people have smart phones. Definitely need some training in customer service. especially when it’s a supposed manager that is ok with losing a sell over something that small. This might just be the biggest and nicest DG I've ever been in and I've been in several in the area. I wish it was closer to where we live. Our local store is better than when it started out, but this store is like night and day in comparison. For a DG, the selection of products was awesome and the shelves had plenty of stock. Absolutely the nicest DG MART I have shopped in. Beautiful design with products like fresh fruit and Vegetables right up front to your right near front door. Has a great selection of fresh meats and frozen products. The wide isles and cleanliness are appreciated.We needed a nice store in our neighborhood. So glad they are near. Clerks and management were so nice.. Michael was our cashier and he was informative and efficient. Good work DG....
