Hong Kong King Buffet — Restaurant in Etowah

Always superfriendly and gets me and my son our drinks right when we come in. Love their fish .

6/2021 Waiting for them to have the dine in opened back up. Called about it twice... hopefully soon being Covid 19 is fading away.

3/14/2022 The buffet area is opened back up. Dinner buffet was 11.98...pretty high, with tea, but didn't mind paying a little extra this time. It's been almost 2 years since they had to close the buffet side, but hope they can get more business...atleast to get the cable TV up and running. Used to love sitting in and watching and kinds of channels.

11/2023 I got sick once, about mid October...not sure if it was from bad food, or what. They should clean the buffet area up a bit better. The huge picture looks to have mold on it behind the buffet . The cabinets could use a fix up. They finally got a new sign...

Food is really good, some is bland. They should keep it freshened up some though, we had to keep asking when they were going to put fresh food out. The drinks were flat on my visit. I told them and NOTHING was done about it. Next time we will just get water.

Update: we have been back quite a few times and the food is great! I really do reccomend getting water for your visit because all of the carbonated drinks taste flat. The owners are VERY friendly and enjoy seeing repeat customers! We are always greeted...

One guy on here said it was better than china wok not so...... I went there food wasn't good had bland taste over cooked . no selection few dishes but nothing spectacular ive ate better out of the box. Servers were worried more about talking to each other and texting on the phone very snobby out touch with the customer. For cleanliness was decent but customer interaction and selection of variety was a big fat 0. I do not reccomend this...
