In the beginning, the staff were very friendly and inviting. After they got your money though, it was a different story. You pay half of the dress when you go get sized, then you go get fitted/hemmed/taken in, which is free of charge, then you pay the rest when you go pick it up. Well, I paid $80 for my first half, (which came out to $90 something with "tax"??) then when I went back to get fitted, hemmed, and taken in, they put pads in my dress that I didn't ask for but they didn't mention that id have to pay for those. So when I went to finally pick up my dress, I expected to pay $80 plus $20 for the hemming. No. I was charged $140 because of the pads that were sewn in that I did not ask for. Also, when I got home, the hemming was not right and my dress was still too long. Needless to say,...

I am highly disappointed with this store. Be very careful when shopping here. Make sure you get a good understand of their pricing on their clothing before you rent or buy. I went to the store months ago to get suit for my fiance groomsmen and him. What their information said on their Facebook page was way different then they are telling us now. They are very defendent over the idea that they can do no wrong and will make you feel like your the one who made the mistake. Instead of trying to actually help. Good luck to anyone who decides to do buisness with them. They do not have to worry about getting mine. I now have literally 3 days to find new suits for the guys. Which is also crazy cus they couldn't come in sooner to try on their suits to make sure it fits right. LIKE NORMAL...

I had a pretty positive experience at the store itself. Just please be weary of the seamstress that they highly recommend. As someone who has never had any clothes tailored, I didn’t know what to ask for or where to start. Mrs Wanda wasn’t very friendly and she literally hemmed the underneath of my dress backwards. She didn’t take responsibility for it and looked for every excuse to blame me instead. I didn’t get any of my money back either. And since she took 3 months to finish it, im having to pay almost $300 at David’s bridal to correct it a few weeks before my wedding -on top of the $150 I will never get back. In this economy?!? Nothing against Deshotels. Just please find your own...
