CARNICERIA EL TORO BRAVO — Local services in Evans

Wanted to put zero stars, customer service is terrible, literally every worker I have encountered at this place is rude. The older lady with glasses and another one that always wears a hat are very rude. They see that you are waiting to pay and they will completely ignore you, they will act like they don’t see you and let you wait literally 20 minutes unless you tell them something. (Even once you call them they will take their sweet time coming over) Once they finally get to the register they won’t greet you or thank you for purchasing at their store they have a nasty attitude problem. I don’t understand why they are so rude. Management obviously does not care. I don’t ever leave reviews but needed to for this place since I get the same treatment every time (I am always nice it’s not like I’m doing something to be treated that way) but honestly even my friends and parents say they get treated this way at this store. I only go here because it is close to home but I would rather drive to another store...

Barbacoa is great and the arrachera (skirt steak) is wonderful for any recipe. The sad thing is that since covid-19 hit the owners seem like they don't come in anymore. The lady that is often the cashier must be related to the owners, because she treats the customers like they are a bother and doesn't seem worried about losing her job. She literally stopped on her way to ring someone up to text on her phone. A person was asking about a piñata and she ignored her completely. The owner lady was very kind and she reminds me of my mom a lot. I feel bad rating this place poorly, but I do it in hopes that the owners will do something about this. I get the feeling that since they are older they might not see anything on here and that it's probably the cashier lady that handles the maps reviews. If that's the case then for the love of God woman get some social skills and if you're so miserable at you job then take a day off that way we can all...

I have to agree with other folks I live near by I came into the store to check it out was surprised by how organized and well in shape the store was but I was ignored the whole time I was there. Lady in glasses was super rude did not even say hello or care to be there I even tried to start conversation with her but she didn’t even care to answer. Everything else was ok but with this kind of service just made me not want to come back especially now after seeing other reviews and seeing other folks have experienced...
