Very unprofessional! I was a customers since they open coming in for lashes. For the past month or so I have been having a hard time booking my appointment getting the turn around. Had 3 appointments cancel for being sick to not working there anymore. I reschedule with Dejah, she then reschedule due to the snow perfect. Show up today to my appointment to find out she’s not there after she confirmed with me via text. Being strict with booking and getting a deposit in but what about when it comes to actually showing up. This is just not okay I wasted my time I had to rearrange my personal things to make it to the time that work best for them to find out they didn’t show up. Dont waste your money- got my brows done by Victoria and was horrible turned out awful couldnt even tell they actually got done im lucky they faded out otherwise i would be walking around with messed up brows ! I contacted her to tell her and ask what to do she basically told me i had to rush to meet her at a random spot… didnt want to work with me at all and didn't care because she already got paid… Horrible customer service- very scammy …very shady.....

I went in for the first time today for a Brazilian wax and it was an amazing experience. I’ve been getting waxed for years and haven’t been happy at my previous salon and saw Luxury Cult near my house and wanted to give it a try. I loved the atmosphere Deja (I believe her name was) was so nice. I love that product was used before and after the wax. I already booked my next one because this is def my new place. So happy to have services like this right...
