I never write reviews. Ever! I grew up eating pizza rolls from East Coast Pizza, and upon moving to Greeley I was so excited to find that pizza street offers comparable tasting pizza rolls, especially since ECP has changed theirs. With that said, pizza street has continually fell short in terms of customer service, and expectations as a good service company in general. I've ordered several times, usually the same thing, several pizza rolls and a daddy-O sandwhich. My food has never once been hot, rarely even warm, which necessitates heating up my freshly delivered meal in the microwave. Mind you, they are less than 3 miles from my house. I tolerate it because it's cheap and easy. However, when you allow a customer the opportunity to "customize" or make "special requests" and those requests are either ignored, or completely botched, I have an issue. Today I ordered 8 pizza rolls, and requested a side of ranch. A SIDE. When I got my order, I had my rolls, my sand which, and 3 sides of ranch, with no marinara in sight. I literally have never called a restaurant to fix an order because usually I can make due. But since the ranch was not for me, and I refuse to eat a dry pizza roll, I called. I have yet to receive my replacement sauce for, my now rock hard and cold pizza rolls, but I'll give them time. Hopefully they arrive before the food borne illness sets in so my daughter and I can have dinner. Pizza street, I've continually accepted the fact that Luke warm/cold food is what to be expected from you. But I draw the line on interpreting a side as a replacement for all sauces that come standard with the order. I'm not too sure the competence of the staff is that of which I would even trust to handle my food, let alone provide credit card information to a company who hires employees who can not handle simple instruction, and intrepret them as their own. This is not the first time simple instructions have not been followed, however, this is the first time where the disregard has led to me being unable to enjoy my...
Read moreWe moved to the area October of 2021 and our first night in the house we ordered pizza and it was absolutely the best pizza we’ve ever had so the 2nd night of moving we were still too tired and unorganized too cook so we ordered calzones and they were totally the best too! So for the next 6 months we ordered from here every two weeks, sometimes pizza sometimes calzones but they were our go to place but next thing we know the pizza isn’t as good as it was so next order canzones, same thing not that good but we still kept ordering (just not as often) hoping it would get back to being the great food we originally got but disappointingly we ordered again tonight not wanting to cook after shoveling snow all day and this was the worst it has ever been, I couldn’t even finish my small piece it was that bad. I don’t know if they changed their cooks, their recipes or maybe they just don’t care which would be a shame because we liked their food and their staff but refuse to keep putting out money for something expensive that isn’t worth eating. I’d love to see them figure out how to go back to the best pizza joint we thought we’d found in the beginning but it’s going to be a long while before we order...
Read moreLoved the old Pizza Steet! Although their pizza tastes disgusting,(dry cheese bread with dry toppings and little sauce pretty much), their Belly-O sandwiches were delicious. But now, those days are over. This new place is just re-opening and they have a long way to go. So far I've dealt with extremely slow delivery times, over an hour and a half and cold food upon arrival. Worst of all though!, and I'm not racist whatsoever, is the short chunky Hispanic girl with face piercings and tattoos, who works there. She is the most incompetent, rude, disrespectful, arrogant, little troll I've ever encountered in my whole life. I tipped her 5$ after she had to call me twice to find directions to My apartment complex. Then she leaves my drink in her car and let's out a FU sigh and let her breath out like it was my fault. Then when I said have a good night she just stared at me for a good pause and walked away without saying anything. Then when I said "I hope you have a better night", she mumbled, F*#k You. I almost lost it, but I've had my troubles with the law before and learned to control myself under these types of situations. But that girl needs a...
