Update: Truck Outfitters Plus drove the hour and half to my house to install black double padlocks flap things that closes for locks and they got the locks also that they paid for themself. Just so my stuff on the trip would be safe, Nice. And he also put on my sliding inside lock for me, very nice of him to do that and in this hot heat. Thank you! I give the Trucker Outfitters Plus a 5 star for doing all they can to fix the problems and Leer Co. a 2 star for their messed up topper. I ordered a commercial topper with double doors costing over $3000.000 it came in a week and a half late than expected. When I got home to show my topper I was showed that it had quite some dents on the drivers side that I didn't look at but is noticeable and inside topper has lots of extra screw holes and the front sliding window has a chip in it, screen is torn and shredding. My topper is black but they used white caulking along the edge of trimming all around the topper. It came with no keys to the lock so I cannot lock up the topper. They have ordered me a whole new lock so they can replace this one. In the meanwhile I'm leaving out of state tomorrow morning and I need to build stuff , insulate and pack everything up. Which I cannot do anything until the lock gets replaced so my stuff doesn't get stolen. I AM SO MAD!!!!!!! It's 11:30 am now I haven't received a call or text or nothing and I was told it'll be done by noon today, I hope. That'll give me one day to do EVERYTHING! Unless I get a BIG discount on this topper credited back to me I won't be going back! Update 12 pm they finally answered they'er phone they may come out to change the whole lock but there's no guarantee that it will work they said. CAN YOU SEE THE STEAM COMING FROM MY EARS AND NOSTRILS, I"M SO SO MAD !!!!!!! And they ask if I want to return it or get a discount on it. Well let see I don't have time to order another topper and have it by tonight and would loose money in returning it. Or get a discount, well I guess the discount is my only option. Read moreI had previously used the cup holder phone holder and hated it (photo of that product at the very bottom). The cups didn't fit my cup holder causing vibration/wobbling side to side and when looking at my Map, I couldn't see it well at all. Also when video chatting the person on the receiving end could not get a clear view. Even with the extension arm, the phone sat too low in my big rig, causing it to block my meters/gauges and causing me to look too low down which was distracting and unsafe.
The Mob Armor Switch Magnetic Phone Holder is an awesome product and I'm grateful to have found it! Its sturdy, adjustable, and affordable. I can mount it anywhere. It gives me clear view of all my gauges as well as not having to take my eyes far from the road, making it much safer! Also, when video chatting, the vibration from the truck idling does not interfere with the receivers picture/it's clear as day. Also when driving using the map on my phone, the shaking of the truck doesn't cause the phone to move at all!

Read moreWe ordered a strut for our Undercover Brand tonneau cover. I gave the part number. The part shipped to us was incorrect. I spoke with Keith and asked if they could ship the correct one. He suggested we take both struts off the truck, put the new one on where the good one was, and put the good one on the other side and see if it would shut. I asked if he could simply take all the info and figure out what we needed and exchange it. He, quite curtly, said, "REALLY? You don't want to even try?!!" I said we had already taken the bad one off and his people shipped the wrong one. You could actually hear the smirk in his voice. He nastily told me there would be a restocking fee, though it was their error, and no apology for that. I was quite taken off guard by this unexpected rudeness, perhaps because he resented dealing with a woman. I have worked in shipping and receiving and parts procurement for almost 30 years.
