Y’all. When I say DO NOT HESITATE to shop here for any of your jewelry needs, I mean it. Not only is the entire staff friendly, they are also very knowledgeable about their jewelry. The store is very well laid out and easy to browse. Now let me tell you my personal experience that makes me say this is literally THE BEST jewelry store. I got engaged February 25th, the ring my fiancé proposed with was a family ring, size 7. Unfortunately the ring was too small for my finger. I wear a size 12. I called 5 different jewelers. Kays, Brinkers, Drostes, and 2 other stores. All of them turned me down. They all said it would be impossible to resize my ring without losing a lot of stones or completely damaging the ring. I learned very quickly and understand resizing a ring more than 3 sizes carries risks, but for them to not even want to look at the ring and immediately turning me down made me lose hope, I thought I would have to wear my engagement ring on a necklace the entire time or would have to trade in the family ring, which I didn’t want to do at all. Camelot Jewelry came through, they were the last store I called and instead of immediately turning me down they wanted to actually look at the ring and help me the best they could. THEY DID OUTSTANDING, they were able to resize my ring without any issues whatsoever, I was only charged $110, and I was able to pick up my ring the next day. My ring looks absolutely gorgeous, they did absolutely fantastic. It looks like it’s always been a size 12. So when looking for a jeweler and if you’re having doubts or worried about leaving your ring at a jewelers, don’t worry no more because Camelot has your back. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with their work. Thank you Camelot for...
Read moreToday I took a very simple earring repair to Camelot. It was just to replace a broken wire on a drop earring. All the parts were stuller and the sales girl was nice. She took my earrings to the back. When she returned, she just said “the jeweler said she wont do it.” She smiIed when I asked why. The sales girl said she just won’t do it. She didn’t say why, only to take it back to where I got it. Seriously? No reationale? I even had the part numbers. Wild. So if you’re considering visiting Camelot, I suggest that you don’t waste your time. Why buy any jewelry from someone who isn’t willing to perform a very simple repair? My dad used to own a law firm on Morgan Avenue and these diamonds were actually purchased from...
Read moreWas told it would be 4-6 weeks, when I ordered my engagement rings for me and my fiancé in August. I have already paid half for the rings. Called this morning to get an update and was told a couple of days. Got a call 45 minutes later, and they told me it would be 3-5 more weeks. Hopefully the rings are at least going to look like I ordered. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had given me an update that it would be a bit longer when I called them for the estimate, but they didn’t. When I asked why the timeframe changed, I wasn’t given a straight answer, but the girl who called me instead just said “That was my bad, I just assumed earlier” as if that was okay. Not impressed with the...
