I got a used washing machine for 85% less money than a new one. Got friendly service at the counter and a really nice guy met me out back to help load it into my truck. He seemed genuinely happy to do it.

Nothing in the store was overpriced, and it was a clean and inviting atmosphere. The lady answered all my questions and wasn't pushy to sell me on anything I didn't want. They have sectionals, refrigerators, dressers, whatever. Yes it's mostly used. Used equipment shows signs of use. So what? Don't be spoiled.

It seems we have high expectations sometimes, and when we don't get the outcome we expect we are quick to leave bad reviews. But, I'd imagine hundreds of people like me have gone into this store and left happy. These are good people to do...

STAY AWAY IT'S A RIP OFF!!!!! Would not even give them a star if I didn't have to... Bought a refrigerator from them and took it home myself. When I asked about any warranties they told me I had 30 days. But neglected to tell me that if I took it home that I would have to bring it back for warranty work. Buyer beware. Bought a refrigerator. Wouldn't get cold enough to freeze water and loud sound coming from bottom. Compressor Wouldn't work or motor went out. Returned for service didn't bother calling us to tell us it was ready for pick up. Worked for just Long enough for warranty to expire.
